Our philosophy is simple, just like our name: serve exceptional food with personal and detail-oriented service at a leisurely pace.This is the essence of French dining. Though Chef Loïc was trained in the classical French way beginning at the age of thirteen, there are few culinary influences that fail to inspire his cooking.
